Dear Tony, John + the rest of GKM team.
Thank you so much for the effort you put in, so that I got the kitchen I really wanted.
From the moment John visited me to find out what I wanted, I knew I had picked the right company. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he filled me with confidence. I could tell he loves his job. What a lovely man!
Then along came Tony, equally passionate about delivering a quality service. The kitchen fitters were amazing + worked so hard. The delivery guys also pleasant + affable.
Andrew who fitted my gas hob is now going to fit a new boiler for me next week.
What I loved about your company is the way you stick to dates, times etc. Things happen just as you say they will. Not always the case with other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends. My kitchen looks completely brand new – no-one would realize it was a partial renovation.
I love the fact you get the waste collected straight away. By the way — they were lovely guys, too!

P.S. For John — I love my 4 pan drawers + have filled them (probably too much!) and my cutlery drawer is the best for miles around!! (We had a little joke about how many pan drawers I should have)!
