My name is Tony Gordon and I started in the refurbishment business with my Father Brian back in 1994. We opened our first Showroom in Stretford, Manchester, beginning as franchisees to a then well-known refurbishing company. From the outset the business was a success, so much so that I decided to buy a franchise in the Westhoughton area of Bolton twelve months later, and have served the North West ever since. In 1999, Wanda became part of the family team and we soon became well known for being a friendly family run business with a personal touch.
With a passion to provide our customers with an excellent service from start to finish, we have succeeded to build a reputation for just that. We have thousands of happy customers throughout the North West, with the majority of our new customers coming from recommendations and repeat business.
In 2012 we decided to discontinue as franchisees and thus move our business forward in the way ‘we’ wanted, and to serve our customers in the way ‘we’ wanted. We became an independent, family run company “GORDON’S Makeovers”, in memory of my aforementioned late Father Brian Gordon.
After 29 years experience in the industry, we have put our hearts and souls into making the business what it is today, being one of fantastic reputation, exceptional quality and a service that is second to none.
