From seeing your advert in the Radcliffe Red Rose Directory, calling in your showroom a few days later and arranging an inspection visit for John to do the appraisal of what we needed and could be done to bring the kitchen back to what it once was and ascertain the costs, the whole process has been a pleasure.
The follow up by Tony to complete the measurements of the doors to be changed etc., pick the colour of white to be used and matching to the doors not needing changing and the subsequent visit to the showroom to ensure we had the nearest shade of white, it all proceeded very smoothly.
The clear instructions from yourself when manufacture was known, the dates given for delivery of the new doors and drawers, the fitting date and the removal of the old drawers and doors all were met and ran like clockwork. The two guys doing the delivery, Alan the fitting and working so well, Wes the removal of the rubbish, all worked to the time schedule and were such very pleasant guys.
It has been so good to see schedules issued and worked to and with such pleasant and decent people it has been a real pleasure to meet all of you. All wishing to help and doing such a decent job.
Well done to all involved. It is so good when a customer can rely on what has been arranged and agreed and a job done without problems. All of you working in total unison and clearly appreciating each others efforts. Doesn’t happen much these days in what once was a great Country, but when it happens—wonderful.
