Take the example of Mrs Rutter, a customer who initially employed us to do some work in her kitchen almost 11 years ago now. After having her door fronts, cornices, pelmets & plinths replaced by us she was very happy with the work and promised to come back to us should she require any further work in the future. Time passed and a little over a month ago Mrs Rutter telephoned to ask about a quotation for some Worktops she felt she needed replacing. She was more than happy with the condition and style of her door fronts, them still being fantastic almost 11 years later, she simply wanted to change the Worktops.
