Many thanks for your telephone call answering the small query I had in relation to my new mixer tap. The effort you made to respond to this clearly demonstrates your obvious priority of customer care – bearing in mind the job was complete and paid for so you could well have ignored me.
May I say how very happy I am with the new kitchen you have given me; only now do I realise how very depressing was my old one! I really appreciate the way you listened to what I wanted and did not exert any pressure to buy anything extra, bearing in mind my limited resources. I have found the whole experience to be so easy (the hardest part was coping with all the contents of my kitchen cupboards all over my bungalow while the work was carried out!)
The fitter, Dave, was particularly helpful not only in dealing swiftly and efficiently with a sudden water problem (not of his making) but in keeping the damage to a minimum, while giving me reassurance and advice. His workmanship on my kitchen units is superb and he involved me in all decisions where I had a choice, (eg. show me where you want your door/drawer handles fitted) which I really appreciated.
So, I now have exactly the new kitchen I was hoping for and will happily recommend you to anyone looking for a kitchen makeover.
